Notify Users When They are Added to an Account

When you add a new user you will be asked if you wish Assuredly to "Notify user they have been added to account".

What will be sent to New Users

When you select this option Assuredly will send:

  1. Welcome Emails. If the user is new to the platform they will be sent Welcome Emails OR
  2. Notify access to a new account is has been granted. If the user already has access to another account in the platform they will be sent an email letting them know they now have access to a new account AND
  3. Product Updates. Assuredly will also add the user to a list of users who receive product updates such as when a feature is changed or added to the platform.  

Welcome Emails

What are Welcome Emails?
  • Three emails are sent to new users over the first month after they are added to the platform for the first time.
  • The first welcomes them onboard and tells them how to access the platform and the other two emails are helpful tips to get started.
When does Assuredly send these emails?
  • When an Administrator is adding a new user and the Administrator selects "Notify user they have been added to account".
When doesn't Assuredly send these emails?
  • When an Administrator is adding a new user and the Administrator does not select "Notify user they have been added to account".

Product Updates

What are Product Updates?
  • Product updates are sent by Assuredly to users of the platform letting them know when and how things are changing as upgrades are made and new features are releases.
How can a user unsubscribe from Product Updates?
  • Every product update as an unsubscribe feature to allow the user to unsubscribe at any time.
