How to Set Up Access to Third-Party Accounts

To give a supplier or a client access to an assessment:

  1. Go to the assessment dashboard and select "share"
  2. Enter the supplier contact name and email address. Note: Ensure you use the correct email case for security reasons.
  3. Copy the link and "Save"
  4. Send the link to your contact with a request to log in and complete the assessment.

Example 1 - Adding a new user to multiple third party accounts

A new consultant named Kelly joins the firm and Bob, who is administrator, wants to add Kelly to all client accounts.

  • Bob needs to go to the Team Settings for each client account and add Kelly as a User.
  • Kelly will have access to all the clients account but not the companies parent account.

Example 2 - Adding a new user to multiple third party accounts and the parent account

A new consultant named Tracey joins the firm and Bob, who is administrator, wants to add Tracey to 2 client accounts and the parent account for the firm.

  • Bob needs to go to the Team Settings for each of the 2 client accounts and the parent account and add Tracey as a User.
  • Tracey will have access to 2 client accounts and the companies parent account.

Example 3 - Adding a third party stakeholder to an account

Tracey who is administrator for a client account, wants to add her client Peter to the client account managed by Tracey.

  • Tracey needs to go to the Team Settings for client account and add Peter as a User.
  • Peter will have access to only the account he has been given access to.

Example 4 - Creating a new account for a third party and giving them access as a User

Bill is an administrator and wants to create an account for a third party company and give Samantha from the third party company access.

  • Bill creates a new account and goes to the Team settings for the new account. Bill adds Samantha as a User.
  • Samantha has access to only the account she has been given access to. Samantha cannot add new team members or remove them but she has all the other features that Bills company has been given access to in the Parent account.
  • Note: If Bill wishes Samantha to be able to add more users herself he can change her role type to Admin in the accounts Team Settings.
