Quick Reports

Quick Reports give you a fast way to access key results from your assessment – all at the click of a button.

They’re perfect for when you need quick insights without running a full report.

Available Quick Report Types

You can choose from six different Quick Reports:

1. High Risk Report
2. View Asset Report
3. View Actions by Risk
4. View Practice Area Actions
5. View Quick Report from Standard

High Risk Report

View all high and very high risks identified in your assessment, along with suggested actions to reduce those risks.

View Asset Report

See a full list of assets linked to this assessment.

View Actions by Risk

View all recommended actions grouped by a specific risk or practice area.

View Practice Area Actions

Get a summary of suggested actions to improve the maturity of controls in a particular practice area.

View Quick Report from Standard

Quickly generate a report using the Assuredly global report template for this standard (where available) – a great way to get a head start on your final report.

Create and Save Quick Report as a New Report

Use any Quick Report as a starting point for a full report.

Save it, then customise it further in the Report Editor.

How to Use Quick Reports

1. Open the Assessment Risk Profile
2. Navigate to the assessment you want to review.
3. Select a Quick Report. For example, to view your high-risk items, select View High Risk Report.
4. Create and Save (Optional see not below)

Note:

If you’d like to keep this report or use it as a base for a custom report: Select Create and Save Report

The report will open in Report Editor Mode so you can customise it further.

Find Saved Reports

All saved reports will be available under your Assessment Report Navigation or in the main Reports Module.

Tips

• Quick Reports are a “snapshot” view – ideal for fast decision-making.
• Use Create and Save to build tailored reports for meetings or board presentations.
