Creating a report with AI uses the chosen assessment’s scope, standards and recorded results.
You can edit the report, then export it or share it with stakeholders.

How to Create a Report with AI in Assuredly
- Once you have completed an assessment you can create a Report by selecting Create Report from the assessment dashboard OR Create Report from the left hand navigation.|
- Type a name for your report in the Name field and a short description which will appear on the Reports page to remind you of the what the report was for. The report name will appear on the title page of the published report.
- Select Create with AI
- Choose a starting point, then tailor the brief. Use our starting prompts then under What should the report achieve? tailor your prompt to make a report that suits your exact needs.
- Select Create report. This starts the AI generation process using your selected options and custom prompt.
- Scroll down to review the generated report. The AI-generated report will include relevant sections based on your prompt.
- If you wish to edit the report and add more sections, text or other content Select Edit on the top right of the screen. This allows you to further customise the report structure and content.
- If you wish to Delete a section Select Edit and Select the Cross next to any section or item you wish to remove.
- Select View on the top right to exit edit mode and preview the updated report.
- If you wish to share the online version of the report select Share to open the sharing options for the report. You can chose to notify the person you have shared a report with them or copy and send them then link.
- To download the report as a Microsoft Word document select Export to Word .
